Decorated items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the items or the print are deemed faulty/damaged.
We do not offer a refund or exchange for:
- Change of mind
- Shipping or Stock delays
- Wrong garment size
You can contact us here quoting your order number and submitting images of the damaged garment/print.
Please be advised we cannot be responsible for the following:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Poor quality or low-resolution images uploaded by the customer.
- Incorrect image upload by the customer.
- Design errors or incorrect images uploaded by the customer.
- Incorrect garment size or colour selected by the customer.
- 10% variance in decoration colour, size and positioning.
- 10% variance in the actual garment colour.
- Garment shrinkage in the wash.
