Sometimes we fill your orders from multiple warehouse locations depending on stock levels which means you may receive a split order.
If so, you should have received a red slip in your order mentioning that it's a split order and the rest of the items will be on its way.
You'll receive all your corresponding tracking numbers as they are shipped. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact our customer service team at orders@workscene.com.au and we'll help track it down for you.
