Previously, you would need two separate account logins:
- To access information about any orders containing decoration such as embroidery;
- To access information about work gear such as work boots and safety gear
What happened, and why?
In order to improve your overall shopping experience, we have combined two separate account logins into one, so you can access all your information using one login.
So, what exactly does this mean?
If you don't notice anything different and can login as per normal, then you won't need to worry about anything.
If you can no longer login, or notice that the login page looks different, then you may need to re-register your account, simply create a new account using the same email, and you'll be able to access your new dashboard which includes a 'My Decoration' link which will allow you to access any of your decoration orders.
Will all my history be lost?
No, none of your history will be lost.
If you have to re-register your account, be sure to use the same email.
